The website before. From a visual perspective I needed to rework the layout, design and content hierarchy. Technology-wise we needed to migrate the site to a new CMS while preserving authentication.

Information Architecture

The first step, IA, creates a birds eye view of all the content, categories and requirements for the site. Here I redefined the taxonomy to ensure usability when navigating the site.

Wireframe and User Journey Strategy

The next step was to create rough wireframes for the outline of each page and the different user journeys that we will need to design for. Here we gathered user feedback and insights.

Wireframe to Mock Up

After creating high fidelity wireframe mock ups for each page these were handed to a design team who implemented the design. These UI Designs were presented to the CEO for final approval.

Responsive Website Design

The final product was a revamped website on a new CMS. Design was optimized and the CMS as set up so that Marketing could edit and create pages without the need for development.

Loan Magic App Design and Launch

A B2C app redesign and launch. We also needed a portal for our B2B clients to manage the app for their consumers.

B2B SaaS Platform Redesign

The application redesign project was a complete design and usability revamp and included migration to a new code base.
