Creative Direction
The ability to lead creative teams to the finish line, ensuring the translation of business and user needs, is one of the most enjoyable parts of the process. Here, you see the product start to take form. We paint the canvas that was created in the previous stage while ensuring usability needs are met through design psychology.
Vision Translation and moodboards
Provide the Designer with mood statements, style keywords and widget styles for buttons, navigation and inputs.
Deliverables of this stage
When this stage is done you would begin to see some design elements coming together, mood boards, UI kits and imagery styles. This bleeds into the next stage where the mock ups begin to take shape.
Wireframe to Mock Up
Here the designer will hand back some mock ups, these are based on the wireframes that were provided to them which allows them to focus on the design.
Deliverables of this stage
In this stage you would finalize all of your UI assets and kits, interactions and any effects you would like to use for the site/product/app. Working with the designers to ensure UX standards are met, and any interactions the developers would need to code are documented is also a part of this stage.
Mock ups to Prototype
When the mock ups are complete and approved the next step is to populate the prototype with the final designs. This ensures that you can hand off a finalized product to be developed - no guesswork required.
Deliverables of this stage
A prototype that is fully populated with all design collateral and interactions. Button hover effects, pop ups, dynamic logic and any state differentiations in the widgets and input fields. This is then run through another round of User Testing to ensure all pain points and goals have been addressed.
